Welcome to the JSarge textbook swaplist. This is a beta project inspired by Edith Godley and designed and coded by my design firm (Infusion Design). The concept of the site is very simple: provide an easy way for J. Sargeant Reynolds students to browse for used textbooks and post their own without the hassle of online shopping or the expense of the campus bookstore.

Here's how it works: if you see a listing for a book you need on the swaplist, contact the owner via his or her listed email address and work out the details of the transaction personally. To list a book of your own for sale (or put in a request to buy a specific book) go to the main page and use the form - make sure the email address you put in is accurate, or fellow students will not be able to contact you. To remove a listing that has expired or been completed, send me an email at joseph@infusiondesign.org. Please use the same address to send me your comments/requests/complaints/questions.

I don't make any money from the operation of this site (in fact, I pay for the domain name and hosting costs). Please reciprocate by telling your friends about the swaplist and using it responsibly (and, if you're just aching to get rid of your hard-earned cash, you might consider a donation). Also, remember: I am not liable for anything whatsoever that occurs as a result of your use of this service.

Please enjoy the swaplist - and good luck with your education.
